Whether you are looking for executive coaching, considering ROOTS, or seeking consulting support for your organization, you may have questions about what working together looks like. Below are answers to some of the questions I hear most often.
I will review the information you share and follow up with the next step. Depending on what you are looking for, that may be a conversation to learn more about your goals, answer your questions, and determine whether working together is the right fit.
I offer one-on-one executive coaching, ROOTS group coaching, leadership development, team retreats, and consulting support for schools, colleges, and organizations. My consulting work is designed around the needs of each organization and may include strategic planning, team effectiveness, systems improvement, and support moving complex work forward.
Most coaching sessions are held virtually, which allows me to work with leaders across the country. Consulting engagements, retreats, and workshops may be virtual or in person, depending on the goals, location, and scope of the work.
I begin by listening. I ask thoughtful questions, help you identify what may be getting in the way, and connect the patterns that are easy to miss when you are close to the work. From there, we focus on what matters most and identify practical steps that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
The investment depends on the type of support you are looking for and the length of our work together. Complete the appropriate inquiry form, and I’ll follow up to talk through the options with you.
You can expect a space where you can slow down, think deeply, and be honest about what you are navigating. I will help you recognize the strengths you already carry, gain clarity about what comes next, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. My role is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you trust yourself and lead with greater confidence, purpose, and joy.
Yes. Confidentiality is an important part of my coaching and consulting relationships. If your organization is sponsoring the work, we will clarify in advance what may be shared and what will remain confidential. I want you to understand those expectations before our work begins.
