There Aren't Many Places We Get To Have These Conversations.
The conversations about what we're carrying.
The conversations we keep putting off because there's always something more urgent.

The conversations about work, leadership, ambition, boundaries, relationships, and all the things that don't fit neatly into a meeting agenda.

Sometimes what you need isn't advice.

Sometimes you need space to say something out loud.

To hear yourself think.

To realize you're not the only one wrestling with it.

To hear how other women are approaching something similar.

And to leave feeling a little less alone than when you arrived.

What Happens in the Conversation
Each month, I bring together a small group of women leaders for a conversation about leadership, work, and what we're navigating in real time.

Some women come with a challenge they're working through.

Some come with a decision they need to make.

Some simply need space to think out loud with people who understand the complexity of the roles they hold.
There is no presentation.

No slides.

No pressure to have the right answer.

No talking at you

Just thoughtful conversation, different perspectives, and the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day long enough to gain clarity on what's in front of you.

An hour that belongs to you.
Most of us spend our days responding to what everyone else needs.

This is one hour to step out of the day-to-day and join a conversation that's about you, what you're navigating, and what you're thinking about next.

No preparation.

No homework.

No expectation that you have it all figured out.

Just a thoughtful conversation with other women leaders who understand the realities of the roles we hold.

You belong here.
Come as you are.
We'll take it from there..

About Debra
I'm Debra Griffith.

I've spent more than 25 years leading in schools, colleges, and universities, and
I've had the privilege of working alongside hundreds of women leaders throughout
my career.

One thing I've learned is that there are some conversations we don't always have
a place to bring.

The decisions we're wrestling with.

The situations we're trying to understand.

The things we can't quite put words to yet.

That's why I created these conversations.
I hope you'll join us.
If you've been carrying something you haven't quite had a place to talk,
I'd love to have you in the conversation
Save Your Spot.
